Today, foreign countries have launched a full stand-alone production line with a beer production capacity of more than 60000 bottles per hour, with an annual output of more than 100000 tons, and a "sterile filling and labeling combined unit" for filling sterile beer. At present, China can only produce 36000 bottles of beer filling production equipment per hour, and it has not been completely completed, and some key equipment still needs to be imported
third, repetition is our honor. Construction is very common in the food industry, especially in the beer industry. According to industry estimates, China's beer production capacity has now reached more than 27million tons, with at least 4million tons of excess, far exceeding the actual production and sales, causing a serious waste of resources. Data shows that among the more than 400 beer enterprises with independent legal personality in China, only 18 enterprises with an annual output of more than 200000 tons, accounting for about 1/3 of the total beer output in China, and only Yanjing, Qingdao and China resources have more than one million tons in recent years
